Mid-April started the traditional Austrian Histo Cup, a national race series. Together with the Austrian Rover Club we invited our members to a tour to Southern Styria and to visit the Red Bull Ring.
South Styria, well known for its excellent wines showed itself in tremendous colorful status. During the evenings we had the chance to exchange stories with the rover friends. On Sunday we had a chance to visit the ring and applaud our racing enthusiast’s, Hans-Jürgen Vornwagner in an XK 140 FHC and Egmont Wimeder in MK II. At Histo Cup one has the unique chance to breathe racing air in getting access to the pit lane and get close to drivers.
